Longleat Center Parcs
As you turn into the winding drive of Center Parcs Longleat the surrounding woodland throws dappled shadows across the drive and it feels as though you've been wrapped in a blanket of peace and tranquility.
And when you've had your fill of peace and quiet, there's loads to do: the spa, the swimming pool rapids, rope slides, soft pay areas, a boating lake, a bowling alley, an indoor rock wall, table tennis, roller skating and more.
The beauty of Center Parcs is that you drive in the day you arrive, unload the car, then no cars are allowed until the day you leave. So the wide pathways and roads almost traffic free except for a few parc vehicles, bicycles and the train. The train is free to use and a fabulous touch, running on a continuous route around the parc and stopping at every major point.
